If you feel happy today, you are loved.
If you feel angry today, you are loved.
If you feel joyful today, you are loved.
If you feel hopeful today, you are loved.
If you feel hopeless today, you are loved.
If you feel connected today, you are loved.
If you feel lonely today, you are loved.

You are not a bad person or a failure if you feel sad a lot. You are not dumb or naive if you feel happy a lot. Life is horrible, and life is amazing, and all your feelings are permitted.
