Below is in intention or prayer for peace.
With all that is going on with the Coronavirus and political issues, it feels like the world is in a lot of turmoil right now. If you feel that way today, here is an intention or prayer that might help.
This is an Intention or Prayer for Peace. Below are some thoughts on each part of it.
Peace is Right Around the Corner
I know things feel scary and bad right now. It’s okay that you feel scared, and it’s okay that you don’t know what you are going to do. Please know that it is not always going to be this way. Life ebbs and flows.
Situations that look hopeless one day can suddenly become hopeful the next day. Today may not feel peaceful, but peace is right around the corner.
You can read more about this here.
Every step we take in love, we bring healing to our self and the world.
When you don’t know what to do and feel lost and confused, take the next loving step. The loving step is the step that helps our self and other people flourish. The loving step also removes block to flourishing.
We help people flourish when we . . .
Speak the truth kindly.
Encourage our self and others.
Take care of our body, mind and spirit.
Speak and act with kindness, compassion, and respect.
So if you don’t know what to do, do one of the above things. You are always headed in the right direction when do so.

The Quiet Light Within Guides Us
You are not alone. There is a light inside you that connects you to the love and wisdom around you. This light wants to give you wisdom, to guide you to safety, and to connect you with others who want to love and support you.
You can think of this wisdom as God, the Universe, Love, or your Higher Self. However you think about it, please know that it is real, and it adores you.
Take some time today or soon to sit; be silent, breathe; and be willing to listen. When we do things like this, we create a space for the light within and around us to guide us.

Peace belongs to you, Friend, and is coming to you.
