The other day my husband and I were driving down the street in a small town, and I saw an opossum trotting down the sidewalk, as happy as a lark. He kind of looked like this. Of course, he wasn’t wearing a bow tie, but I kind of imagined him going to a morning brunch, and so my embellishment seemed appropriate.
Happy Monday, Friends! What’s something interesting you’ve seen outside lately?

Cute :))
Thank you so much, Friend!
I love it! There are simply not enough cute representations of opossums out there! 😀
Thank you so much, Kasey! I agree. Opossums can be so adorable.
How lovely 🙂
So sweet, P!
Last Sunday in the early morning hours I followed a fox down the hill in my Jeep. I imagined it’d stepped out for a breakfast treat. No bowtie … a fox has natural style. – tsk
I love this, Tony! It is so exciting to have encounters like this with little animals.
So cute!!!
Thanks, Love!
So cute!
Thanks, Sam! He was really fun to draw and paint.

Such a cutie ❤️
Thanks, M! You would have loved seeing him.
Oh I bet. I have such a soft spot for animals.
I’ve come across three separate woodchucks just recently. They are really cute too, especially when they try to run fast.
