    1. I am so sorry your work culture is like this, Ali :(. That’s so unfortunate because the more we repress our feelings, the stronger they tend to manifest themselves, usually in unhelpful ways. I am so glad you can articulate your fear. I am afraid, too. There is no shame. It’s so normal and understandable in a time like this.
