Here is a Sunday intention or prayer for cultivating your light and wisdom.
I have addressed this prayer to “Divine Love” because one of the most common ideas in all religions is that God is Love and that Love is God’s defining quality. Therefore, I hope this prayer is helpful to people of all faiths or even to those who do not belong to a particular faith.
In addition, if you do not believe in God, you can change this prayer into a statement of intention or willingness. For instance, you could leave off the “Divine Love” part and say, “May I have spaces of silence and quiet this week to connect with the light in me.”
Peace and Love to you, Friend.
